FORECASTERS AT THE NWS CHANGE MONDAY’S FORECAST

Just a quick update to let everyone know that the National Weather Service (NWS) has changed the forecast for Monday. They now think that the low pressure area which will be moving by to our south on Monday will be close enough to bring some light rain to parts of the region. In addition, there may even be some snow mixed in which may be similar to what we saw on Sunday.  Although it is not supposed to be anything major, this is a change from the forecast from this morning which had us dry, but cloudy and on the cool side on Monday.

Don’t expect any major warm-ups anytime soon as the way the pattern looks right now, below normal temperatures are expected to last for several more days. And, as I mentioned in my previous post, we have additional rain chances later this week. Thanks for reading.
